I sincerely doubt it. Not unless she's been CRB checked. Anyone fiddling around in the bed clothes of children in care homes is probably asking for trouble - even the tooth fairy.

Maybe she leaves an apple or something- can't imagine tooth fairy money being in any council budget. I'm sure Santa still visits though.

I work with children in care and beleive you me they are very well looked after emotionally and financially.
