Old-Slime Head New-Orange Roughy. Although I'm sure the one you're looking for is Mahi-Mahi.......... I have looked everywhere and this may be weird, but they eat a lot of Pirhana in South America. It's sort of like redbelly bream. But I can't find any mention of them changing the name. I give up!!!!!!
