No it is not. A chocolate in one hand, keeping the other hand free, would be my advice. In this way you can always take another chocolate when it suits you, keeping one hand free.
This way you still retain a sense of control whilst enjoying life.

A novel idea and very good indeed. Chocolates stimulate the release of endomorphins, the feel good chemicals. Chocolates are low in fats. Has no trans fat or animal fats. The concept of a balanced diet
is possible. Of course you still need the vegetables, and fruits.
