I think tampax pearl is the best but the WORST is Kotex NEVER USE KOTEX!!!! the problem with kotex is that the string falls of easilly and then you have to dig for it!! Not a fun thing to do!!

if u are a virgin or a starter use the mini one , not a virgin try the regular and if placed in the correct way you shouldnt feel a thing and they will not fall out... so happy swimming!!!
