from experience dont try so hard.....trying makes your body feel false symptoms and also cause heartache because of the high case of early miscarriage...i miscarried 3 times by 8 weeks trying for my daughter then decided i couldnt take the pain anymore stopped trying and got pregnant.....

but you can have tender breasts and backache around 3-5 weeks and nausea around 6-8 weeks....good luck and i wish you the best

Symptoms should start about 6 to 12 days after conception or ovulation because that is when the fertilized egg attaches to the lining of the uterus. A day or two later the pregnancy hormone HCG is released in the body and that's usually when symptoms occur like fatigue, nausea, tender breasts, missed period, implantation bleeding or spotting, maybe back aches or cramping, etc. Every woman is different. It all depends on your body. Don't think about it so much. Just try and notice if you are having any symptoms.

Symptoms usually don't start until about 2 weeks or more after ovulation or about the time your period would have been due. The first symptoms are typically tender breasts and fatigue.
