If you mean the library in you computers audio or media player, then all you do is right click on them, select Rename and type the names you want.
If you connect to the Internet when you rip them from CD, then you can name them automatically.

If you have saved from CD then they will all have a small file with the song/title details. For whatever reason, you need to be connected to the internet though for it to work. You should have an option on whatever player you're using to update the details once you're online...

If you know the name of the artist or the name of the music, you can research each piece using the web.
You may be better cataloguing each piece of music when you d/l it or when you first get it.

It depends which music program you use. Usually there's an option to try to find the info online, but if you can't do that, I'd right-click them and say "rename"... If you have iTunes, it should be fairly easy.

I downloaded a program called 1st mp3 tag editor.
I got it from cnet downloads, the free download section, audio/video section.
It's really easy to use, I've found maybe 90% of my tags on there.
