Spaying or neutering your pets is best in the long run. Dogs and ferrets are the only pets that are sold in large numbers, that bleed when in heat. Cats don't bleed in heat, unless something is seriously wrong, but are annoying beyond belief while in heat. You will be hard pressed to find a ferret who isn't spayed, as they can die from being in heat and not bred. Your caged rodents are a safe bet to keep your carpets clean. There are also other exotics, reptiles, etc. Spaying a female cuts down on breast cancer and tumors dramatically, espeically if you spay before their 3rd heat. Spending $200, or less depending on where you live, to spay a dog, can save you several thousand dollars down the road if they get breast cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.

Yes they all do, except rabbits and some others that are triggered by breeding. If the pet bleeds or not is down to the pet, like people some are heavy and some are light. Best thing to do is when they are in season to put a special made pet diaper on, but even better and more reasonable is to get your pet spayed or neutered, then you wont have to worry about it at all, its cheaper in the long run and healthier for your pet.

No, people have menstural cycles which includes menstration (having a era). different mammals have an Estrous cycle. some speicies might have some bloody discharge although this isn't any longer comparable to human menstration. they do no longer shed the lining of the uterus, the lining regresses and is reused quite. confident as others stated, all mammels have a cycle.....however the question is era.....era is whilst we shed the lining of the uterus....different mammels do no longer try this. "Diestrus Diestrus is characterized by skill of the pastime of the corpus luteum that produces progesterone. in the absence of being pregnant the diestrus section (additionally termed pseudo-being pregnant) terminates with the regression of the corpus luteum. the lining in the uterus isn't shed, yet would be reorganised for the subsequent cycle."

Yes they do. All female mammals ovulate. If you get a pet get her spayed. It's the only way to go. Your pet will thank you for it.

Dogs do go into heat, which is a big reason to have them spayed. Not sure about cats, never had one. But I do know that rabbits don't, they're induced ovulators. Ask about a specific animal for a better answer!
