do you have alopecia? look it up on web. my hair is very thin too and i am only 30 it is heriditary though my mom is 65 and has very little hair that's what wigs are for people like us- also go buy nioxin shampoo at supercuts and some biotin pills from walmart

This is tough. Use less chemicals. When you wash, massaging instead of scratching and lengthen the time.

does ur diet include plenty of the vitamins that are necessary to ur health? make sure u have plenty of vitamin B12, and Iron daily.
