could be appendix...call your doc if it doesn't go away or gets worse. Do you drink enough water? Not drinking enough water can cause cramps in the sides as well.

There are alot of causes for abdominal pain. I recently went to my obgyn because of horrible pain on my right side. She said that i have a ruptured ovarian cyst. They arnt harmful for the most part after thay have ruptured. Once it has ruptured, there is nothing you can do. i was given some pain killers and birth control so another cyst doesnt form. I thought i was getting away withouth having to take birth control ever again! Nope!
Again, there are lots of things that can cause pain, but if it continues or becomes worse you should definitly get checked out! other things like appendicitis can be more dangerous and life threatening- so get to a doctor!

Hi, sorry to hear that. Check it out with GP if it persists. I used to have a pain in the same area which felt like a lump/stone and Gp could find no cause but eventually it went when I gave up eating wheat.
I think it is too high to be an ovarian cyst but it could be a blockage in the ascending colon.

Could be appendicitis or possibly a kidney stone. If the pain is unbearable and has been lasting for a while I would go to the doctor.

You could be feeling pain from your kidneys. Have you lifted anything heavy? Have you overexherted yourself exercising? Did you fall or get hit? If none of the above questions pertain to you you need to go and get a check-up at your Dr.s office.

Could be appendicitis. Get yourself to the doctor whatever it is. Better safe than sorry.

I have that similar problem and then i started paying attention to how often it happened and for how long. i narrowed it down to occuring a week or so before my cycle. so i figure it had to do with that because i have had several tests and nothing came up...maybe it has something to do with ovaries. i suggest you pay attention to when it happens and for how long.
