One of the best performances I've ever seen was by Brad Davis in Midnight Express.. Also, Henry Fonda gave a masterful performance in 12 Angry Men. Humphrey Bogart was awesome in The Caine Mutiny. I could go on but suffice to say, this is a really tough question. I cannot decide on just one.

For some strange reason I always liked the job that Sister Mary Stigmata (the Penguin) did in The Blues Brothers at the Saint Helen of the Blessed Shroud Orphanage when she was beating the living crap out of me and Jake.
