Illusion is a product of our imagination. Reality is the truth supported by facts. Illusion is imaginary while reality is factual. Another way of distinguishing the two. Illusion is invisible and. relative. Reality is absolute, visible, and tangible. . .

Reality is created from the result of a perceived illusion. Reality is a perception just as an illusion is. Both reality and illusion is based on what you believe. When an illusion is accepted, it becomes 'real' to the people that believe it. But, is it a reality that a table is solid? Or is it an illusion created by an infinite amount of particles that have gaps in its mass? Can particals have mass when each particle is made from a smaller particle? Can anything be real that exists in infinite time and infinite space, or it is all subjective to an illusion? Both are dependant on perception and belief.

Illusion is something which appears to be so only until it is examined. We say that something is reality if we lack the ability to prove that it is an illusion. It is possible, even likely, that all reality is merely a hierarchy of progressively more stable illusions. Indeed, even the history of science seems to bear this out, as todays scientists disprove the things discovered by yesterday's best and brightest. That, I understand, is why in the language of India this existence is called "Maya" or "Illusion."

reality means some things that are real and can be seen and felt and illusion is something you can perceive to see but it is not real take for instance two railway lines if you stand between them, and look as far as they would allow you to see ,at some point you can see both lines meeting but in fact they are parallal line and will never meet, thats an illusion, what you perceive may not be real like magicians they use illusions to show their magic and people lost in deserts see oasis when really there is nothing

Are you goofy or what?! Another name for "reality" could be any name you want to give it, like Chevrolet or telephone pole or oak tree or thermometer. If you knew anything about "reality" or "philosophy", you'd know how goofy your question is. How about calling "reality" God, as in Jesus our Christ?! That's the only reality there is. Now, YOU explain, if you can, which I doubt seriously you can. But, either way, God Bless you anyway.

1st 'what is illususion and what is reality ? ultimately this is up to you.right ? 2nd ,yes, from and through 'perspective' reality is illusion.illusion is reality. putting labels [words] on things does not make the 'thing' exist...nor nonexistant...neither true ,or, false...back to you; your perpective, your choice, you've heard of "free will"; 'right'. make your own reality...making your dreams come true................ ect .......ect...............ect ...

It depends on your school of thought. Different philosophical paths will carry you to different conclusions on that question.
