Sure you can get a personal loan for 100K. You may have to offer your kneecaps for collateral though.
If you are serious though, the only way you can get that kind of money is through a home equity loan - IF you have the equity and IF your credit can pass.
It sounds like it "ain't gonna happen".

well you could also stand on on the exit ramp with a really cool

Get elected to local boards or small cities or counties. Borrow money from the general fund and never pay it back! Unethical and illegal, probably, but you didn't specify it had to be legal! Use the Delay procedure.
