Why is it a problem? Sounds like you are mixed up with VERY superficial friends, get new ones.... Do not waste your time unless you want to get dragged down too, move on to better things in life. I am 41 a pilot with Delta, yeah I make ok money, but I love the dollar store, and just sock my cash away and live simple, why not!
