i have gained 10 pound in 2 years i weigh 130 that sound horid to me but my man always insists on me being naked with him and not caring what anyone else thinks. he says he loves my body and thinks its sexy to have curves. is he just saying that because he has too?

Just eat healthy, exercise, and be glad that you're in a relationship with someone that loves you for you. Don't worry too much about the number on the scale that much. The 10 lbs. can come from all sorts of places. It could even be muscle, which actually weighs more than fat. Just take care of yourself.

I feel almost the same way you do. When I met my boyfriend 3 years ago I went to the gym 4x a week and weighed about 124, but was pure muscle. Since my boyfriend I quit the gym. Now I weigh 132 and I don't like my body. I am trying to go to the gym but am not motivated. He loves my body and wants me to be naked with him, but it is hard for my because I don't like my own body. I think women should have curves, but you need to like your own body. And, 130 is not a lot at all....especially if your average height you should weigh 140lbs. I am in the same boat your in and the only thing we can do is accept our body or hit the gym to get fit.

10 pounds in 2 years is not a lot. just don't gain any more. and it's easy to lose 5-10, i do it all the time. just change your diet a little and become more active and the pounds will slide right off. most of it is probably water anyway.

i would love to be 130 lbs. That isnt even close to over weight. You should be happy that you dont look like a tooth pick like some of these models. They look nasty. You could always ask your doctor what weght you should be for your heighth.

Depends how tall you are. 130 doesn't sound bad to me unles you're shorter than 5'2". It depends how you carry the weight to. If you carry it in your boobs and butt and hips then that's absolutely killer. If you carry it around your stomach back ankles and arms then bleh.
