If that is a Verizon Wireless phone navigate to the "Get it now" option on the phone. Then go to applications and scroll down until you get to Mobile IM. It should be a free install. I have a Motorola v265 and this is the method I use. It was a free download to the phone, you just have to pay for the text messaging. I have unlimited text messaging for $5 or $10 since I use it quite often.
