CPU is just part of the brain. You must account for the control unit, memory, storage, etc

Are you talking about a broken CPU fan? If so, it's only $5-$10 at Radio Shack....

If by brain you mean CPU, then the answer is it depends. This part can't be repaired (at least not easily) and you are much better off replacing with a similiar CPU. I need more information about the processor manufacturer and model before I could tell you how much it would cost.

hi I say get a 2d opinion.. from a diverse save... First in case you probably did not freeze up the motor as a results of no or no longer adequate antifreeze then i don't believe of the motor is cracked. Now it would want to have a nasty head gasket (those are universal to bypass undesirable noticeably with that volume of mileage). that could want to reason it to over warmth, lose coolant and blow an excellent form of white smoke out the tail pipe and per chance reason your oil to appear like chocolate milk. those are the signal of a nasty head gasket OR a cracked head. in case you do not have that happening yet your dropping coolant and over heating then it basically will be a leaky hose or a nasty radiator cap. a million) a head gasket fix should be round $three hundred.00 2) a head might want to run round $a million,000+ 3) the different stuff I factor out extremely affordable fix. sturdy success tim

First, the term "brain" usually refers to the CPU (Central Processing Unit) ie: Intel, AMD, etc NOT a hard drive. A hard drive is simply a storage device for programs, files, etc....

Don't know what your friend is talking about, but if you can provide the Make & Model number of the computer I can provide more detailed information.

Are you talking about the motherboard or the hard drive?

Your description of the problem makes no sense. Are you talking about a fan or hard drive or CPU?
