How hard is he/she to take care of? How much does it cost every week? How long do you spend on the jellyfish every day? How much did everything (jellyfish, tank, etc.) cost?

Very hard to maintain. Public aquariums keep them in specially designed round aquariums with gentle water circulation so they don't get bunched up in the corners and damaged. Most smaller ones feed on small planktonic organisms that might be hard to provide a daily supply of. They do not have long lifespans, either. I have kept saltwater aquariums for many years and I have never seen "regular" jellyfish offered for sale. I don't know where you would get one. People sometimes keep Upside Down Jellyfish in aquaria. See here:

They need high intenisty reef lighting and some supplemental feeding. They sit on the sandy bottom of the tank and won't swim around, though, so they are not most people's idea of a jellyfish. If you have never kept marine invertebrates before I would say these are not good to start with!
