Not the schlocky video game, I mean the original role playing game with paper, pens, dice and interacting with other real players in a room with munchies and bad acting, staying up late just to play out a really good campaign.

Maybe I'm just getting really old, yeah thats it.

I still play "Adventure" for Atari 2600, and enjoy an occasional game of Monopoly on a board that's about twice my age.

Don't worry; we're all young at heart. Just wait until you have to explain how to use a rotary phone--as well as the fact that yes, it really IS a phone!

I've played it, and I have friends who still do. I'm more of a Call of Cthulu type myself, though I also Shadowrun and LARP Vampire.

Not into the video games. I prefer people.

Of course there are! Check your local gamestore, fool, who do you think keeps them in business? No really, My sister & her husband LIVE @ the game -store and they spend all night one night a week dedicated to AD&D.

What cracks me up is I heard about her playing Warhammer and verbally 'commanding' her team while playing. For example she got a bad roll and her ORCS who are supposed to run in and attack instead fled in fear so as she was having to walk her pieces back to their starting position she was 'repremanding' them. I think that if I was playing or watching this game I would have been terribly entertained and laughing and thinking it was totally hillarious. But she apparently was given bad marks in sportmanship?! because of this so she stopped.
