Tampons are dry wads of material being put into an environment that is naturally moist and very delicate; they can cause irritation simply from pushing the tampon into your vagina.

If you are tense then putting anything into your vagina will hurt and stop you from putting anything fully into your vagina, it is best when attempting to put anything into your vagina to masturbate in order to insure there is enough lubrication as well as that your vagina is relaxed enough to allow penetration.

If it is not put far enough in then it will cause pain because of its position within your body and because there are more nerves near to the opening of your vagina.
Of course if you are using tampons then make sure you are actually menstruating before attempting to use a tampon.

Dealing with possible issues with your vagina and menstruation is also an important thing to consider, many girls and women are taught that their vaginas are dirty places that they should not touch or places to feel embarrassed about, you need to come to terms with the fact you have a vagina and that is a good thing, menstruation is something to celebrate rather than something to be considered a curse – if you can get over any negative attitudes you may have about your vagina you will find menstruation, as well as a lot of other things, are a whole lot more enjoyable.

Menstrual cups are much easier, as well as far safer than tampons, as well as many other benefits, you may want to consider trying a menstrual cup instead of tampons – they offer money back guarantees so you can try them and if they do not work for you then you can send them back to get your money back.

If it hurts, it isn't in there right. Just keep trying. Start out with the smallest absorbency you can find. Use a plastic applicator, which will help a bit more. Some people insert them from sitting on the toilet, standing, or standing with a leg on the toilet or counter. It will feel like it is going in towards your back. If your a virgin it will hurt because your hymen is still there. It sounds like you broke through this because you have it almost in there. Try again and try doing it different ways. If you still can't ask a women who you are close to for help or advice or make an appt to see a doc and they will be able to help you. Once website that may help is beinggirl.com and you can get free samples from there too. Good Luck!

I feel sorry to read this post and hope this info reaches you soon.

The tampon is really not meant to be there, and until you see a health care professional, consider wearing pads worn on the outside.

Please schedule an exam, and ask your health care provider for a recommendation as the style/type best suited for your anatomy. You may also be dry, and trying to insert something inside, while the skin tissue is dry will be rather uncomfortable. Try some KY or other plain, non-perfumed lubricant to ease insertion. The best recommendation is to seek advice from a professional licensed health care provider, like a gynecologist. I sincerely hope this helps

i exploit narrow too. once you prepare putin git in, attempt some ky jelly to lubricate so it would not worsen the lining of the vagina. ascertain you have an applicator that includes the tampons. Then, ascertain you have the main remarkable spot to insert the tampon into. some women/ladies don't comprehend precisely the place. If a tampon is in precise, you will no longer even comprehend or experience it somewhat is there. If here description would not help, look up vulva anatomy on google photographs and discover the place the vaginal commencing is. in case you look in the replicate, under the pubic hair/mons is the shaft of the clitoris and the hood of the clitoris. under the clitoris is the urethral commencing the place urine is expelled. Then under the urethra is the place the tampon might desire to be inserted-the vaginal commencing. you ought to fret on the same time as putting it in, I had that concern previously. as quickly as you get apprehensive, the vaginal muscle tissues right away settlement and close so putting something is painful. good success. playstation --mendacity down with legs huge open on the same time as putting it-Or status by skill of the lavatory with one leg /foot resting in the fringe of the seat might help.

Bless your heart. If you put it in correctly it should not hurt. If you take it out before it is ready to, it will hurt pretty bad. You might be too young to wear them. Try to get a jr size in a lite. This is a little detailed, but put the entire applicater in then push it. Sorry, to be so graphic but that is the best way to do it. Can you ask your mom, sister or someone?

Are you using the slender or slim type? Sometimes those will be easier. Especially if you're not sexually active. I know that Tampax makes a slender variety. Anything bigger than that might be causing the pain. Check with your family doctor or try a google search for websites. Good luck.

try using the "lights" they are ususlly smaller. insert the tampon, then press the bottom so that the cotton comes out the top. if it does hurt then don't use them. your body might not be ready for them.
