Associate degree is 2 year degree (a community or junior college)
Bachelor degree is 4 year degree
Graduate degrees are:
Masters
Doctorate

Associates: 2 years
Bachelor's: 4 years, or an Associates + 2 more years
Master's: Bachelor's + (I think) 4 years of graduate school
PhD/doctorate: probably 4-6 more years

And that's without getting into MBA's, Juris Doctor degrees, or Divinity degrees.

BA Bachelor
