You sure should. If he cheated on her than he'll do it to you. It may not be what you want to hear, but I think deep down you knew the answer to this question before you asked it.

It's understandable that you would be concerned because of two reasons. First, why didn't he tell you sooner, himself? What else hasn't he told you? Second, if he can cheat on wife number 1 then you know he can just as easily cheat on wife number 2. You need to have a long chat with him about this and tell him how you feel.

If he said once a cheater, always a cheater, and HE'S a cheater, isn't he shooting himself in the foot? You should continued to love him but watch your step and look for the signs. When the first red flag shoots up, confront him and remind him of his own words

I would be concerned but not upset. You know him better than I do...was he being young and dumb or does he have a habit of not taking relationships serious or gotta one-up you by hurting you more or or or....think about it. Just because he fooled around on his ex-wife, doesn't necessarily mean he'll do it to you but you know him better...be concerned but not upset.

Well, if he ever accuses or thinks you have cheated, you can expect him to go out pretty quickly and cheat on you, I expect.
I dunno...I'd say this doesn't point to anything very good.
