what is the exclamation mark in centre of a triangle mean?

It means there's something wrong with the printer. Could be a paper jam, or out of toner, or something else.

It is just telling you there is an error in the application. If your laserjet won't work then I would look in the instructions or go to the Hp website and seek help.

*IF* you mean in the Device Manager, it means the drivers for that printer are coruppted and\or missing.
In either case, you need to UNinstall them, shut down computer, wait a ferw minutes, then restart computer and let Windows find and install the drivers.

I assume you mean in disk management It means that item is bad and needs to be reinstalled.

it means there is something wrong with that device like the driver is incorrect or it was not installed right

Means that you need to reinstall your drivers.
