It means there's something wrong with the printer. Could be a paper jam, or out of toner, or something else.

It is just telling you there is an error in the application. If your laserjet won't work then I would look in the instructions or go to the Hp website and seek help.

*IF* you mean in the Device Manager, it means the drivers for that printer are coruppted and\or missing.
In either case, you need to UNinstall them, shut down computer, wait a ferw minutes, then restart computer and let Windows find and install the drivers.

I assume you mean in disk management It means that item is bad and needs to be reinstalled.
