i want to create a whole new wardrobe with the clothes i have all ready (like cut up clothes to make new ones) any ideas on wat to do or cute things to do?

You can do simple things like buy ribbons and buttons and hot glue/sew them onto you're old tee shirts. You can find cool buttons at thrift shops and craft stores to replace the boring ones on sweaters or button ups. If you can sew, there's so much you can do, such as creating cool sleeves on shirts and skirts (ex:zigzag,flame,waves) Hope I can help!!
