My 350z is due for a coolant flush, transmission fluid flush, and oil change, should I install the new manifold before or after this 60,000 mile service? And, if anyone knows, if I add headers to my car with this new manifold which frees up air flow for more horse power, will the headers boost the horsepower up more or will it neutrul out the new manifold purpose? Thanks.

well do it when you do the service because you will make a mess when you do it and you would need to change the oil after words. but makes it easy when you have to drain the coolant to change it. also you will see an improvement in power installing both parts but also look at changing the rest of the exhaust system if you already havent. that and the air intake, possibly a cold air intake. after you get this done it sounds like time for bigger injectors and some sticky tires.... good luck and enjoy
