The old home page is going into retirement Sept-1st...You may as well try getting used to new one.
There is a feed back at bottom you can let yahoo know your feelings about the new page

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and there should be a button that says "go back to old version."

Right click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop, select properties, enter web site address you wish to be your home page.

if you are talking about an old geocities homepage from before april 1999 when yahoo bought geocities then you can't
