I am so worried about my tommy what can i do to have a shape tommy my waight is 63kg and my haight is 5.10 is that ok ???

do some curls, you know, sit ups? Quit drinking sodas and eat more fruits and veggies. Quit the fried foods too.

I'm somewhat confused at your question. Your weight is 63Kg and your height is 5.10. Did you mean 5 feet and 10 inches which equals to about 178 cm?

No, you are not fat per your weight and height. But that doesn't mean you don't have an area where fat is un-evenly distributed. You might want to join a gym and possibly hire a coach to help you if you are that concerned.

But, don't focus so much on appearances and above all, think about being healthy, not just thin.

Your question is making me cry. I think you should not care what other people think. Women weren't meant to have flat stomachs we are supposed to have curves, men actually prefer it that way. I think you sound perfect and if i was a guy i would be all over you. If you are comfortable in your skin KEEP IT. If you feel to big and it really gets to you, eat more fruit and veg. DO NOT listen to those people who think your over weight. You should only ask the people who's opinions matter, not some idiots on the Internet. Eat whatever you like, it's your life.

Hey, that is absolutely fine. Don't put yourself under pressure and don't let anyone critizise you.
If you are not happy with your weight or don't feel confident enough in your body, try to change what you are eating, maybe swapping chips for carrots or chocolate for apples. Small changes like these can make a big difference.

Thats more than fine your body mass is about 23 which is well within the limit of 19 -25

How could you think you were fat when at 5ft10, you only weigh around 140lb. Your BMI is around 20, which is ideal.

If you are worried about your tummy, I suggest toning up. Do lots of crunches, crunches with twists, double crunches and pelvic tilts.

of course that is ok, more than ok. Remember most of the time when you are looking at your tummy you are looking down. People are looking straight at you and you are always more critical of yourself than any one else is. Im sure you just need more self confidence.

absolutely fine, i am 5 ft 3 and slightly heavier and i don't look to bad so you have nothing to worry about!
