McKenzie Westmore had a baby boy, so she's taken a few months of maternity leave to spend with baby Maddox and her husband Keith (also known as the musical artist Seven). Kam Haskins is only a temporary recast, and McKenzie will return this fall.

I don't know what happened to her, but I agree. I have been watching Passions since it began (setting a tape to record it while I was at school) and I hate when they change characters, regardless of who it is.
I really liked the original Chad, and Kay has changed I don't know how many times. Even though the original Ethan was not as good looking as the current Ethan, I think he fit the personality better than the current one.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that someone else shares in your opinion.

i think shes on maternity leave, sheridan used to be one of my fav characters but the last couple of years shes always crying or sad or crazy it has gotten old. i loved the happy sheridan i cant even watch when her storylines come up anymore. anyone think teresa will ever tell ethan the truth? enough already....

At least she is missing the time with that Chris guy. I'm not a fan of his at all, and can't wait till they kill him off, or he gets run out of town by demons, or whatever may happen

I believe she is at home on maturnity leave, I also don't like the new girl who plays her, she looks nothing like "Sheridan". Anyway, I'm sure she'll be back.

Are we sure she's on "maternity leave" of her own volition? What if she's, like, kidnapped and being held in a deep ditch in someone's basement, so that when she gives birth her kidnapper could claim the baby as her own???

She is on maternity leave. I don't like the new one either. I am not sure when the real one is coming back though. I sure do hope that it is soon.

oh yah i miss her to i've gotten use to her they actress that plays her now just doesn't really look like her they did that to taresa before to it was over a contrackt battel and money
