Yes, you can. As long as the calories you eat are less than the calories you burn in a day, you'll lose weight. It's very hard, though, because without exercise, you don't burn many calories, and so have to eat a VERY small amount throughout the day. This is definitely not the easiest, or safest, route to go.

It's tough but you can. That means you can't eat junk food, no burger, no fast food, no snacks, no oil....just plain fruit, meat, vegetables..... I think the best way is to boil vegetable without any seasoning and oil. Just plain boil vegetable. I tried that and it worked. Vegetable and fruit have lots of nutrition, better than meat, but of course, you have to eat the right kind. If you don't want to excercise, then, park your car far when you go somewhere and walk. You'll get some excercise.

As far as I know, no you can't . You have to exercise to lose the extra weight to burn fat. If you eat and do not burn the fat then you will not lose weight.

Yes you can. You will lose body fat if you eat 5 to 6 balance meals a day and don't drink sodas (water is best).

You'll definitely lose weight, but your body will not be toned at all. Even fast walking will do a lot toward toning your body and making things tighter.

yes, you can, but, it won't be as much as you like. Exercise doesn't have to be working out, even walking around your neighborhood will work. The key is to burn more calories than you consume...............
