Alice. If the understanding was that whoever wins would split the money then Alice is wrong.
Ronnie and Pearl are not speaking to Alice due to the principle of having a close friend decide to turn greedy on them, not because of the £3.33 they have been denied. The amount is too low for greed to be an issue, in my opinion.
What kind of a friend says one thing, then when the time comes backs out of it for no other reason than personal greed?

If they actually agreed amongst themselves that they would always share then Ronnie & Pearl are right.
If they just automatically share, but never agreed amongst themselves, then Alice is right.
Alice may also have a reason for not sharing the cash which she doesn't want Ronnie & Pearl to know about.

looks like alice has become a bit mean, doesnt it. ronnie and pearl can either talk it out with her or leave her to find out that 10 pounds doesnt buy new friends.

Alice cause she has the money and ronnie and pearl dont, cause if they really wanted it, they would have confronted her about the situation and get their money. So that means that they really dont want the money cause they are not talking to alice.

If they usually always share and Alice decided not to, then she is in the wrong.
