Jimbo it may be the administrations doing with there No new child Left at the back of Act. The over privileged college structures are becoming to be each and all of the investment. the different college structures are coaching each and all of the illiterate immigrants to return as much as individuals standards. the project with all of that's, in case you do no longer bypass Bush's try scores you loose you cash to fund your college structures. the money is then transferred to the wealthy faculties that don't choose the money. I particular do no longer see any progression in there grammar however, and the undesirable do no longer very own desktops. What do you think of their excuse is?

Yes. It is quite disappointing if you use this as a representative sample. We are quite self-centered and spoiled. I live in CT, a short trek from Yale - hang around on campus and listen and you may just want to cry. Instead, check out some of the 2-yr community colleges. This is a very big country and hard to generalize, but don't let me stop you.

I lived in Europe, high school in Europe is A LOT tougher that here, everything would be the equivalent of AP classes, and you have a set schedule like it or not. I can tell you high school is pretty much a piece of cake in the US, and I went to one of the top 100 high schools in the US, and it was still not as tough... College wise the US does have some of the best of the world

I think (or hope) most of these questions do not accurately indicate the intelligence (or lack thereof) of most people. It is a funny thing what people will do with their time when they are bored and most people see this as purely a form of entertainment.
You are participating, so you must get something out of it. Is that indicative of your intelligence level and education?

I've seen statistics that say almost a third of our students cannot even identify where on a map the state they live in is located. So, the answer is yes.

Disagree with the premise of your question. Some of these questions come from five and six year-olders. When this person was that age he gave rats--- about school.
