My husband wants us to seperate and divorce. I havent moved out yet, but plan to in a few months. He says that he is miserable, yet he is still touchy feely, and we still sleep together. There is no fighting or arguing....its completely like nothing is wrong. Im not sure what the heck is going on, and no he isnt having an affair. This I know. I have bent over backwards to make this marriage work, I do everything for this man. I have his dinner ready when he walks through the door, fix his lunches in the morning. Take his kid back and forth to school, take her to her doctor or dentist appts. If he needs an errand done, i do it. Anything he needs or wants i try my best to do. What am i suppose to think is going on? I dont want a divorce, this is the only man that I have ever loved. What do i do?

You need to talk to him, get him to open up. Why does he want to seperate and get a divorce? If you don't know he owes you an explanation at the very least! It also sounds like you spoil him which is nice if he is doing the same for you. If he isn't then this marriage has became too one sided. You need to scale way back on the things you are doing for him. Don't sleep in the same bed, ask him to sleep on the couch until you move out! Don't make his lunch in the mornngs and don't do every errand he ask you too! Maybe if he starts to realize how good he has it, he will be more inclined to open up and tell you what he is feeling!
I wish you the very best of luck!

He has you as his doormat. If you are still willing to sleep with him, he is going to take it, even though he no longer wants a relationship with you.

If you continue to make his life confortable he will keep on using you as his personal errand runner and driver for his kids.

He is behaving this way because you are letting him. Move out and let him take care of his own problems.

Good luck

You need to ask him if this is what he really wants if he says yes then move to another bedroom if possible and move out as soon as possible. No more lovin for him. I know it hurts but you will be ok and find someone out there. Don't worry and keep your head up. Good luck.

I know your pain..been exactly there!
Marriage counceling would do you guys wonders.
My wife was in the same boat as your husband...she was in a fog & she needed to get out.
After a few weeks of counseling, she can at least see some light.
If you can't afford counceling, try "marriagebuilders.com"

Wow sorry to hear that your husband is a ****** dumb ***.
You should just ask him whats wrong, It seems like you guys are still a family and you guys are still there for each other. I don't know what to tell you. Go and get help for him.

Get a backbone and stop being so nice. Make him do things, he isnt helpless. He is taking you for granted. Stand up for yourself. Make him appreciate you, not what you do.

Are you sure he's not cheating? It may be he wants his cake and eat it too....if he is unhappy with you "bending over backwards" then maybe it is best that you leave....

If he wants out you cant make him want to stay. STOP having sex with him and continue your plans to move out.

Start leaving apartment finder guides laying around where he can find them.
