i have 5 bettas but 1 jumped out of the bowl and into my toilet. my husband said the city council is gonna look for it in the pond in my back yard.so he took me to the pet store and i got another 1. a red fishy. anyways i saw the lady put in a fish that looked just like the one that jumped in the toilet.he got my neighbor to distract me .i run down stairs and i see him runing from my porch. i open the door and see a fish he says its the fish that jumpedin the toilet but it looks so differnt do u think its the fish?

it was red with a white belly with red fins when i got him. but he has a pink belly mouve fins and hes ply not him but he confess

I don't think so. Your fish would most likely not survive a trip through the toilet (sewer) system.

Yes, it must be the fish. A trip through the sewer into the pond in your back yard would change the looks of practically anything....
