There are some pay sites but even they will normally only give you a list of addresses that contain the person's name or part of it.

I guess you're trying to build list for your business. go to
www.people.yahoo.com Under the Email seach type the first and last name of the emails you're searching for and yahoo will bring them out for you

yea. friends reunited. just do a member search to c if they r ther. if they are then sign up. costs £7.99 for 6 months (UK)
my mum did that and has got in touch with around 23 people who she lost contact with.

What you want that info for? is because they will not give you there email address! so you want to look it up and email them,WHY

What is it you are trying to acheive?
try www.people.yahoo.com and search that if its a yahoo account. I don't know how to broadsearch every e-mail addy, sorry.
