Don't change yourself drastically, because your boyfriend is probably looking forward to seeing you as yourself, not some whole new person. (I know this, because my boyfriend is in the Navy, and there are sometimes years where I don't see him.)
What I would do is just wear something nice (but not too fancy), comb your hair and maybe get a haircut a few days before he comes, and then put on a little bit of concealer, blush and mascara. (You don't need a lot of makeup, because I'm sure your boyfriend doesn't want to return seeing a pasty face.)

First maybe you can take an english class and learn to speak and then a typing class to learn how to type and then maybe ...out of maybes, guess you are SOL.
