Watch your calories. A lot of people will say eat "low fat foods" but the truth is, if the calories are the same, you'd be better off eating the food with the fat because it keeps you fuller longer. Instead of cutting back on certain foods, cut back on your portions. Or watch WHEN you eat. Eating in the morning, and small meals through the day is a great way to start. And use the 2 hour rule! Don't eat within two hours before bed (and don't drink anything w/ calories) just drink water within those two hours.
Also: it's better to eat your fruit than drink it. Fruit juice is great, but eating the fruit is better when you drink water as well. It fills you up better, you end up consuming the same amount or fewer calories, and you won't be craving after a sweet slice of cake or candy bar an hour later!
Good luck and congratulations on your wedding!!!

Join Weight Watchers. They have 2 plans that are easy to follow, you get support in the form of a weekly meeting. I lost over 20 pounds with them in 6 months and am now doing maintainence.
If you can't do that then stick to healthy, whole foods most of the time. Write down what you eat and weigh yourself weekly.
Fitday.com also has a tool for tracking calories burned & eaten.
Good luck.

don't eat after 6pm.
eat a big bowl of salad in every meal.
cut down on carbs and sugars but not completely.
exercise at least 30min a day to at least 4 days a week.
work with weights during exercise.
if you are near the weight that you should be for your height than it'll be difficult to loose the weight so you may need to exercise more and definitely work with weights.

20 pounds is not that much.. you don't really need to diet. try moving around more than you do now. I started rollerblading for two or three hours a day 3 times a week, ate whatever i wanted and well .. lets say i am no longer a size 20.. went down to a 12 in six months. and now its lower than that!

it rather is an common one. If the international gets too warm, we've shown that we are able to proceed to exist it via fact the "Cradles of Civilization" have been in warm, dry aspects. If the international gets chilly, then we've already shown that we are able to stand up to ice a protracted time, and that's with none "severe" technologies. If the international gets overpopulated, it rather is going to, out of necessity, stability itself out. i do no longer think of we would desire to stress approximately surviving the subsequent a hundred years. the actual question is a thank you to we keep the subsequent a hundred years from transforming into the subsequent dark Age.
