I've been sitting here asking and answering questions pretty much all day. Is there any possible way you can resist the temptation by deleteing it without deleting your whole yahoo account? thanks to anyone who can help.

There is no possible way, sorry. Im pretty addicted too. Just relax. Get addicted to something else on the computer. If you dont want that...Go outside for 60minutes a day and exersise. Call up a friend. Good luck!

Just don't go to Yahoo Answers...check your e-mail, then minimize it....I know it's tempting, but have some self control.

Since I use a laptop, my wife unplug the cord and locks it away. Then once the battery dies I have no choice but to quit.
