the title of the painting I think is enough to paint the picture. the rest is each individuals perspective. for actual literal answer: depends on the size of the canvas and the size of the font type used.

i"m a thinking, it depends on the artist,if he's a chatter box,100 thosand words of nothing, but a good artist would not have to say a word, just put his vision on canvas, so the rest of us can enjoy his day dreaming
