ok here is what you do.... smoking is mostly out of boardom. its an exficiation with you hands and mouth so you truly only crave a smoke after you eat right when you wake up and before bed, sometimes after sex lol but ok get a new tooth brush because your old one has the nicotine on it, and drink a glass of grape juice EVERYMORNING! this will change what your taste buds recognize as "good". and buy alot of candy mainly suckers if you can. i used jolly ranchers and push pops. when you crave a smoke suck on a hard candy or sucker. the first 3 days are the worst just keep super busy. i cleaned out every corner of my house in the first 48 hours. it will get better after 3 days just try to stay away form smokers if possible and eat tons and tons of candy and make sure you drink that grape juice every morning for at least a month. GOOD LUCK I HOPE THIS WORKS FOR YOU TOOO!!!!!!!!!

what i did was start being sick that when i had nothing to do i would find a cig and have no reason to smoke it and started to notice what it did to me. when i was upset it just made me tired and cranky and give me a headache, then before going to bed it kept me up longer because my breathing took longer to ease enough to sleep comfortably. i tried to look at how do people think smoking makes you look interesting if you are there lighting up and stinky in a cloud of smoke? then i tried putting it off til i had another one and then eventually decided not his time mabye next time. and one day i noticed it has been a day since i had one and didn't even notice. i would go for one then do something with my hands like think about something just to yourself and run your finger along something while you think. then after a few minutes look around and go do something you have not done in a while or have not done yet. you can pick your way it just if you put forth the energy to try make it work.
nearly 30 days and it doesn't even cross my mind and i get annoyed when people try test me by offering me and now it jsut stinks and a waste of my mind and life time of health and the future of kids i want to be proud to say i can quit and not be dependent on something like this. its a mental addiction and you can change your view of why it has such value to you. you don't need it you want it.remember that, its true.

Cold Turkey...I hat to say it...but when you stop and think of how much money you are putting into them each week, month, and year you could be saving that money for a night out, or evern in the long run a car! Just think of what it is doing to your body....

i finished the pack i had and never purchased another one. it was hard but remember this, for every cigarette you smoke you lose 1 minute of your life. is it worth it? i still get urges but my brain is stronger than that.

I got pregnant, lol, that made me stop cold turkey. I woke up one morning and found it discusting.
