Called my 16 year old sister an idiot & a $lut & meant it cause sadly she really is (no common sense, horrible attitude & had the $lut rep at school before she was even a sophomore). I also said that I'm going to go through all her clothes & take out everything she does NOT need to be wearing which would basically leave her with t-shirts, jeans & comfy pants to wear & that's about it.

I told my mother where she could go and who all she could take with her when she went. I didn't mean it and I called back and apologized. Damage is done though.
And.. I wouldn't let my son go to a concert if he was grounded. I don't blame you for feeling bad, but you are doing right by standing your ground.

Oh, that breaks my heart for you and for him. It is not easy to discipline. I have a teenage son, and have not always been so strong-trying to get better. I probably would have let him sell the tickets, but that's your call.

I'm not talking to my mom right now because she humiliated me in front of my boss by complaining about personal issues she had with me. I will talk to her once she apologizes (but she has not yet.)
Oh, and I forget to call people back. I don't think that's mean, but I think I'm just extremely forgetful.

well, if he did something wrong then you did the right thing...
the worst thing I've done lately is despise someone for taking over my job when it was just a miscommunication and now she is leaving to go back to school,
now that is mean, I had no reason to do that.
:(

Aww thats mean. You just taught your son that no matter how hard you work for something it will still be taken away. If he starts doing drugs and thinks his life is worthless its your fault. YAY MOM !!
