Tuna does it for me, or just eat something with a lot of protein and carbs. Vitamins and supplements are effective but only for a short time plus they do more harm than good. I was on stacker 2's for a while because I was fasting and needed energy but I woke up one night and my heart was beating really fast, I thought I was going to have a heart attack. So I stopped taking those.

I wouldn't use creatine in high doses unless you are a weight lifter and you want to get bigger. It does make your muscles retain water and a lot of energy drinks contain creatine in smaller doses. A multivitamin preferably something with all the B vitamins would be ideal. B vitamins breakdown carbohydrates into glucose (this provides energy for the body).
Although this may seem like an odd suggestion but try to get up a few minutes early and do some type of exercise. Exercising in the morning boost the metabolism and the effect last for hours after you are done.
Also one more thing, you mentioned you got 8 hours of sleep, but from my experience when it comes to sleep quality can beat quantity. If your eight hours are filled with tossing and turning, anxiety, and stress then that may be why you are so tired the following day.
Hope this helps.

Avoid energy drinks and energy pills. They do more harm than good. A co-worker of mine had to leave work and go to the hospital because of what he was taking. I've also had problems with them too and have stopped using them. Like someone else said, stick with the B vitamins. Keep your intake of vitamin C to keep your immune system up if you're pushing yourself or else you'll be more likely to catch something. Since I started drinking a lot of OJ, even though I've really been pushing myself, I haven't gotten sick. Eat healthy and exercise also boost energy. Getting some sun also helps. And also, I'll agree that it's the quality of sleep that can matter more. I used to get 8 poor hours of sleep, and I started passing out. Now I get 6 good hours and I'm doing better. Hope this helps! If not, then you may want to see your doctor. Some health problems like diabetes have a lack of energy as one of their symptoms.
