Dermablend, but its a little expensive. If you want a cheaper alternative. Buy any good maximum coverage foundation (Max Factor, MAC) and use it with concealer. Since you're covering up a really dark bruise, you should buy the concealer about 3 shades lighter than your natural skin color.

Get a yellow based concealer. Yellow covers blue best, try Physicians Formula yellow, then a good foundation to match your skin tone. Blend well.
This in the yellow would do the trick without a full makeup job on your entire face.

You can find this brand at just about any cosmetic section of your store.

(this is juss advice it doesnt just say what brands of makeup you can get)
first put on any kind of concealer only on the parts of your eye you need it then put foundation on all over you face (i prefer neutrogena covers greap,10.00)be sure to put it around ur eyes too!
and dust on a powder over ur whole face and also dont forget the eye!! then put on a darker eyeshadow on both eyes good luck

If you are looking for something affordable, Walmart and other stores sell Max Factor PanStix... It is VERY good on coverage, and comes in a wide range of skin tones. Hopefully you are healing well, and weren't in a fight , LOL
This should help! Good luck.

derma blend...sold at the mall...will also cover tatoos...on a budget...buy a pot of concealer from your local drug store...dab with your finget and tab it lightly on the blue area...then cover with a powder that is one shade lighter than your face so it wont smudge off

i hope this was an accident that you got this from, but try on www.sephora.com, they have lots of heavy duty concealers.
I recommend MAC products and NARS products.
