my suggestion is don't do it! Its really bad for you and you have a higher risk for getting cancer, so do the world a favor and spread the " Word"!--LOL

i am a sun worshipper & dont care how bad it is 4 u. tan skin looks healthier than pale. i always use john abate (swedish beauty) product. i use the oil instead of the lotion as it stays on ur body in the water. u always have 2 re-apply lotion after every dip. i always lay in the pool, as it reflects, the oil leaves a sheen on my skin, & attracts the rays of the sun. then i come in and lotion up with a very good after sun moisturizing lotion.
