I get even and I am odd....best of both worlds....snawka snaw.....and if you don't quit asking me questions like that I'll kick you in the ball sack....haha....

Getting even will teach a lesson to the perpetrator. Two wrongs make a right? Some people think this is correct.

The alternative, is to turn the other cheek? Possibly....

Getting odd sounds like a third way. It is similar to a philosophy which the Dalai Lamu used when up against forces which it was impossible to get even with.

If you are weaker and smaller than a giant that stands on you, getting even is not an option. Turning the other cheek is stupid. Getting odd appears to mean reversing the situation by giving when people take. It confuses a bully to find the bullied does not react in a normal way. Becoming irrational, unpredictable, and odd is a reasonable reaction which can wrong foot an opponent. (at least in the eyes of public opinion)

I'm too old for getting even.
The people you end up even with, never know that you got even.
They only know when you tried to get even and weren't successful.
Now you wasted a lot of energy, and you look odd anyway!
Go with odd first, it's like giving up, but winning anyway!
Cool question

well, getting 'even' is 'odd' because you know that most of teh times it wont help and you will realise that tehre was not point in doing it in the first place, but the odd thing is that even if u know this, getting even just happens to set the score right

Why get odd when you can get even?

Well, you've definitely gotten odd. Your question is VERY odd.

As far as getting "even", that balances everything out in the end, doesn't it?

Because you are odd. That's why things are out of balance. You need to add on to your side or subtract one from their side. Right now they have 4 and you have 3. Is that what you want? Huh, is it?
