You can only produce it for sure if you are pregnant or find other woman that are producing and see if you can get their breastmilk.

Yes you can and thru stimulation. The breast can be stimulated by your partner or even your self. Have you ever heard of breast milk mothers?
When I have had partners that were breast enthusiasts, meaning they loved breast I have naturally started to produce breast milk from constant stimulation of the nipples. It helps if you enjoy this too.

i know one lady personally who who was not pregnant and just as her part of keeping a kid of her relative started getting milk from her breast after few months and though she wasn't pregnant she started feeding that kid for another year or so.....(i think she also had some inner feeling to be able to feed that kid as kid has lost his mother after few months of birth and father left it to that lady.)
