well for my 13th since it is on christmas eve, the day before winter vacation i am renting a hummer strech and some 20 or so closest friends to go to the mall and to get hot chocolate and maybe a movie or something. but the limo is awesome.
maybe you should rent a limo to pick up all the people at their house while you are at home getting ready, meaning getting all the food out and stuff then basically dance the entire night. thats always fun. or maybe do like a party for all the guys and girls to come and the hours of the party are like 7 to 11 and all the guys get dropped off at 11 and the girls stay overnight. go to like a midnight movie and stay up giving manicures and crap like that. its always fun to pretend like your seven again =] i wish you a very happy thirteenth bday! hope some of this helped!!! if it doesnt make sence email me at :: m_shestopal@yahoo.com or judochop18@yahoo.com

Once you're 13, you are no longer a child. You are a teenager! That is an important age! Happy birthday for then and I advise you to make a huuge party, something that you can always remember and love... Even a costume party would do.

A costume party always works. Everyone will come dressed up and you will be the Queen of course and people will lay presents at your throne. That's what I would do for my thirteen year old if I had the money. I hope your parents can do this for you. Have fun and Happy Birthday!

get a ton of your friends together, and have like, a rollerskating party. or something like that, then after all thats over, have like, 10 of your girlfriends back to your house for a slumber party. rent a bunch of goofy/scary movies, get a ton of junk food, and gossip about everyone you know. thats what i did on my 13th birthday party, *cept it was ice-skating*, and we had a blast!!!

i suggest that you should drink copious amounts of alcohol, find some boys and proceed to run naked through the park. well thats what i did!! have a good one!
