well first off, how much money are you planning to spend??
if ur looking for an affordable~not too expensive party, have it at ur place! make sure theres alot of food and alot of loud music. if ur party has to be chapperoned, make ur parents,bros,sis,or someone that's willing to do it, act as buttlers lol, its actually pretty cool. i made my brother do it, everyone thought he was so cute and thought is was really cool to have a "butler" going around askin people to try the food,

you mite want to hav a pool or something "even if its a small cheap one" so people can swim "or relax in"
