I have (mills Pride) particleboard kichen cabinets that got
waterlogged and now am unable to get rid of the cocoroaches. I
tried Raid, Combat, boric acid, fogging etc, to no avail?
I need a definetive answer that is safe for humans, and does not
require replacing the cabinets.
counter top is granite tiles on cement backer board on plywood.

ouch - without replacing the cabinets?? That may be tough. You can keep them asclean as you want, but the little buggers will be able to live of the glue binding the particleboard together. Might be a lost cause.

If you've tried all the poisons - then you might have to at least remove the cabinets for a time, and deal with where they run off to when you're using poisons. Put them back in after the problem is gone.

You might need to consult a professional.

Remove everything from cabinets, spray the cabinets in and out and under counters with MALATHION double strength in a sprayer. About $15 a quart. Let dry, the odor dissipates in a day. Do not use RAID the volatile oil stinks and it lingers. Spray in all the stove openings too pull as much as you can apart. Drawers, etc. Spray all hinges and crevices.

You kinda went overboard on the countertop on top of cheap cabinets didn't you?? I would pull all the things out of the cabinet and hit it with a liquid bug killer. The wait for a week before i tried to replace anything. You may need to get a bug company to come in and hit it with professional strength stuff.

Try mixing Borax and sugar equal parts spread along back edge of counter top and inside cabinets. It got to be borax not boric acid
