I think on good days we see a happier version of our own truth or reality. However on days when life is a little more complicated it is easier to see the darker side of reality!! this is true for myself anyway!!!!

Probably both ways. Whatever is too painful in reality to see we don't as a protective device.

I think we see it as we like to see it and not how it really is. we are able to see it has it is, but it takes a lot of thought and concentration to do that, and therefore it is impossible for people these days to realize it.

I think we always see it as we want to. That is why there is sometimes much conflict with those who do not view things as we do.
