I cant access any thing,not the my computer,or Run,or anything because of insufficant resourses,how do i get sufficiant resourses, and im on the internet right now in safe mode, HELP!! please

This would indicate a serious lack of ram capability. If this is a new problem, I would suspect a serious malware infestation. Try scanning your system while you are in safe mode.

Kinda like the other answers , but just wanted to knw if u get any specific message like " low on virtual memory:" "out of resources" kinda msgs ?? if so there is a possiblity that the comp is infested wid either a virus or spyware , the latter seems more probabale !!

look for adaware and spybot and while on safe mode run the scans also available would be a stinger ( mcafee) it'll run basic virus scan for the famous ones

my computer did that when it was in safe mode i had to restart it and switch it off safe mode whgile it was loading i odnt no what your computersd like though sorry but you could always try it!

Go to search and search for *.tmp
delete them all.
You could also have a virus eating up all your disk space...
