Familiar with Albert & Alexander Associates, a DC area executive recruiting firm? Is it legitimate?

This is a client fee paid recruiting service. I did a basic search and found a couple of fraud references for this firm. Has anyone had experience with or knows something about this company? Thanks.

I'm registered with many recruitment services when I came to the DC area. None of them asked for a fee. The fees are paid by the employer.
